Referral Form Enhancements

We’re excited to share a recent update to our referral form, developed directly in response to valuable feedback from our users.
What’s New?
As part of this enhancement, we’ve added a new section that allows you to include the contact name and number for both pre- and post-case call discussions. This addition aims to improve communication and streamline the referral process.
To support this change:
- If the referrer selects ‘Yes’ for either the Pre or Past Case Conference option, a free-text box will now appear.
- Once visible, this field becomes mandatory, ensuring all necessary contact information is captured for follow-up.

These improvements are designed to bring greater clarity and support smoother communication throughout the referral process. We believe these small but meaningful changes will make a big difference in ensuring efficient case management.
