This guide outlines how Referring Managers can access and download a Management Referral Outcome Report within OPAS. Once a report has been released, it becomes available directly within the case record, allowing you to quickly view and save a copy for your records. Following the steps below will ensure you can locate the report efficiently and store it securely, in line with best practice.
Referring Managers will now see the report contents on OPAS.
Once the report has been released to management, they will be able to view the report on OPAS when you open the case.
We recommend management download a copy of the report to keep on the employees file as OPAS is not a document storage area.
Select “New email, letter, text or online document” within the Communications section to open the available document and correspondence options for the case. This step allows you to access system-generated outputs, including the Management Referral Outcome Report, once it has been released.
Locate the “Management Referral – Outcome Report” within the list of available documents and select “Download.”
This action will generate a PDF version of the report, allowing you to securely save a copy to your local system or employee file.
Reports are only visible in OPAS once they have been released to management by the clinician.
