Fast access into this network gives the employer and the injured employees a head start in their recovery, helping to address the injury and absence in order to keep individuals at work, thereby increasing productivity and improving the quality of business activities.

Clarity Healthcare's Occupational Health team work in conjunction with Physio Med to ensure that each case is fully managed and results are reported through the referring advisor taking all aspects of the referral into account.

Mind Matters

Mind Matters are one of the UK's largest independent counselling and mediation service providers with access to over 300 accredited counsellors throughout the UK.

Counsellors are highly trained and experienced and are dedicated to helping maintain staff presence in the workplace, enabling team members to return from sick leave at the most appropriate point.
With the emphasis upon supporting staff at times of professional or personal crisis, Mind Matters strive to ensure that employees experience the sense of wellbeing needed to continue to make a positive contribution in the workplace. By so doing, the costs associated with long term illness/ absence can be minimized.

M3 OH is primarily a physician lead service with an established and proven National capability.  Their key focus and philosophy is simple, delivery of the most appropriate intervention at the earliest possible time to ensure the most beneficial outcome for both the employer and the employee.  Through M3OH Clarity Healthcare are able to provide local OHP appointments, specialist referrals and statutory medicals.

Clarity Healthcare will completely manage all referrals from booking to reporting back taking all aspects of the referral into account.
