Stress is a sign that we need to look more closely at our lives. It can be viewed as a warning sign. Stress manifests itself in many different ways which can result in one or a number of the following symptoms:

Dry Mouth, Clammy Hands, Racing Heart, Constant Tiredness, Migraine, Bowel Problems, Eating Disorders, Dizziness, Tearfulness, Insomnia, Poor Concentration, Irritability, to mention a few.

The first step is to identify the cause – the reasons 'why' and then learn how to manage them. There are stress techniques that can help you to take control.
